What

The content is around research. What is research? What sorts of research are there? Are there different methods? Our research into research will be documented here, building an evolving archive for all of us (and others) to use, and a resource that can be added to each year. It also hopes to build an annotated bibliography of essays and books that may be useful in undertaking research and writing up this research, whether by project or thesis, and a listing of research methods.

Why

As honours is a program that lies between undergraduate education and/or postgraduate research and professional practice a key role of an honours program is to develop sophisticated and informed research methodologies for students. Rather than just teach a list of possible research methods we will learn about research by doing research about research. I don't know why.
